Yoga classes are based upon the principles of Lynea and Jim Gillen’s Yoga Calm for Children. Yoga Calm engages heart, mind, and body through its unique blend of physical yoga, social skills games, mindfulness activities, and counseling techniques. It helps kids develop emotional intelligence, communication skills, trust, and empathy. It nurtures teamwork and leadership and provides for a calmer home and more productive school environment.

Join Ivett for another session of Family Yoga Circle Fun! We will continue to use song, movement, and story to explore an all ages practice with a focus on grounding through the body with breath. Bring your heart, your friends, and your children. Mats optional. We come together to be together!
